I had an allergic reaction to the jewellery, what can I do?

Here at The Final Scene, we do not make or tamper with any of the jewellery. If you have an allergic reaction, we will have to contact the supplier as The Final Scene is not responsible. A refund or exchange for the item will be offered if evidence is provided, although it is up to the customer to ensure they do not buy products they are allergic to.
We will help the customer receive any form of help, although no form of payment will be offered to the customer, other then the refund/exchange.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are always gift wrapped! If you are sending a gift , drop us an email and we will ensure that your invoice is not included in the parcel.

What are your shipping fees?

Items in Australia are shipped free. International deliveries have a $40 delivery fee.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as methods of payment. If you would like to pay by bank deposit please contact us.

Why did you call or email me to verify my order?

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or email you to verify your information.

What currency is on your website?

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Are there any additional charges?

No additional charges on top of your order.

Can I order by telephone?

If you are unable to purchase an item through the website, please call our customer service department and we will put through the order for you. In the event our phone lines are busy, please email us and we will call you back.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Our website utilises a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All sensitive/credit information supplied by users is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology directly to the banking system and then immediately disposed of when the transaction is complete.

Do you deliver to my address in Australia? How do you ship my item to me?

We ship all over Australia! Within Australia we use Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your item has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Your order will usually be shipped within 24 hours from when you place your order. During sales, please allow 48 hours for your order to be shipped.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes! We offer international delivery for most countries around the world. We ship for a flat fee of $40.00.

Your order will be shipped via international post, which generally takes up to 10-20 days to be received after it has been shipped. We try our hardest to ensure fast delivery, although sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control.
Please note each country has different import duty and tax thresholds. Depending on your countries import laws you may be charged import duty and taxes by customs at the packages point of entry. Customers are responsible for all custom duty and taxes. Please check your country’s taxes, duties, fees, and import restrictions before ordering from our site

What if I want to return my item due to change of mind?

Please note we do not exchange or refund in the event that you change your mind. We will accept exchanges on rings if the size you have purchased is not suited. All exchanges are to be sent back at the customers expense within 7 days after you have received your item. Please email before sending back your exchange to see if the item is still in stock. Any item you wish to exchange will need to be posted back to PO BOX 261 SPIT JUNCTION NSW 2088 within 7 days of receipt of purchase and we will promptly send back to you the next business day. NO exchanges or refunds on sale items or prize giveaways.

All faulty items need to be reported within 7 days from purchase date.

If you have an item that deems to be faulty please email and we will forward you a return postage paid bag and details on returning goods for further assessment. Once assessed you will have the option of a replacement or refund. Please note that the item you are returning could no longer be in stock or available to purchase.
Please note that international customers are responsible for returning the product to The Final Scene and all charges incurred are at your expense. All products are to be sent using an appropriate postal service with insurance to ensure the items are secure in transit.

*Due to hygiene reasons earrings and hats can NOT be returned.

Items sold out

I received an email saying my item has been sold out after I had purchased it.
Effort is always made to make sure our inventory matches availability on the website, though there may be occasions when the information may not be one hundred per cent correct and an ordered item may be sold out. If possible, every effort will be made to source the item for you and you will be kept up to date by one of our customer service representatives.

How much and how long is delivery?

All items Australia wide are shipped FREE! Items shipped in Australia are usually received within 3-7 days. Shipping to Perth WA may take up to 10 days.

International deliveries have a $40 delivery fee. Delivery can take up to 20 days.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

YES! We do deliver to PO boxes.

Can I track my item after it has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.

Can I return a sale item?

All sale items are final and can not be returned.

I do not have a credit card, can I still make a purchase?

We also accept PayPal. The option will be seen in checkout when choosing a payment type. Or if you would like to made a direct deposit please call us and we are happy to place your order over the phone.
